To provide ground transportation for a school trip involving 700 children on the lowest possible budget.

By providing double decker buses rather than coaches, we were able to move more children at a lower cost. We undertook all appropriate risk assessments, used quality vehicles, and had policies in place to cover all eventualities such as mechanical breakdown, trips, slips and falls.

All pupils safely transported, on time and on budget with no incidents.
