Nothing is more important to us at INTX than the safety of our clients. We wanted to share with you, some of the steps we take to ensure that the highest level of safety is attained and that the highest levels of discretion are upheld for anyone who books with us.   

Confidentiality Agreements 

All our drivers sign confidentiality agreements and are held to the highest standards when it comes to discretion and confidentiality. You can rest assured knowing that your information stays your information, and nothing is ever shared.  

Planning Alternative Routes  

When booking with INTX, you do not just receive transportation from A to B, you receive a fully bespoke transport solution service. We go the extra mile and plan alternative routes to suit your specific travel needs. If safety is a massive concern, we make sure that you have multiple routes you can access should anything arise.  

Local Restrictions Awareness

With the current situation of COVID 19, we want to make sure that our clients are as safe as possible. That is why we keep up to date with the latest local restrictions and will always advise on what to do if you are unsure about visiting a specific location. We follow all government guidelines and will always make sure that we are not accepting any bookings that breach local restrictions.  

Working With Police/ Security  

Where necessary, we work with the police and security teams to make sure that your event or travel needs continue in the safest way possible. We have worked with many private security teams when transporting individuals and large groups. We have a vast amount of experience working with local police at public events and our drivers and team understand the importance of cooperating to ensure the safety of our clients.
